What areas do you cover?

We’re based in Lincolnshire and proudly serve the entire county, along with surrounding areas such as Nottinghamshire, Cambridgeshire and Yorkshire. For large events, country shows or festivals, we’re happy to travel further afield—simply share your event details and we’ll confirm availability.

What types of events do you cater for?

Our mobile bars are available for a wide range of occasions, including weddings, private celebrations, corporate parties, country shows and major festivals. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a high-volume outdoor event, we can tailor our setup and service to meet your needs.

Do you arrange all the necessary licences and insurance?

Yes. We handle all legal requirements, including applying for any Temporary Event Notices (TENs) needed for alcohol sales. Our team also holds full public liability insurance, so your event is always fully covered and compliant.

What bar hire packages do you offer?

We provide a range of flexible options to suit different events and budgets:

  • Cash/Pay Bar – Guests purchase their own drinks.

  • Pre-Paid / All-Inclusive Bar – You cover the cost so your guests enjoy complimentary service.

  • Dry Bar Hire – We supply the bar structure and you take care of the drinks and staffing.

We can also create bespoke drinks menus, cocktail lists, welcome drinks packages and token systems for large-scale events.

How far in advance should we book?

For weddings and peak-season dates, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance. Large country shows and festivals often require earlier confirmation. If your event is coming up soon, feel free to get in touch—we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings.
